ITV Meridian are looking for a youngish family who are thinking about tightening their belts to deal with the credit crunch who would be available to film at the end of July. They must live in the area and in an ideal world may have already started tackling ways to cut costs... like growing their own veggies, using public transport instead of the car, buying clothes at charity shops, selling at car boot sales or they may have planned a summer holiday abroad but have cancelled and are now considering a break in the UK. Call Fran Mattinson on 084488 12078 if you are interested.

CREW - Crime Reduction Environmental Week. There will be some mini events in the community. Saturday 19th July at the Locks Heath Centre was the start of the week. The rest of the week there will be graffiti cleanups around the area, litter picks and copse clearings done by the local Locks Heath Free Church and Council. If anyone would like their bike security marked please come on the Saturday or on Thursday 24th July 2pm to 5pm at the centre. For more details please click here.
